I noticed commercial bakeries relying on frozen sponge bases, artificial syrups, and chemical preservatives just to extend shelf life. I refused to accept that. I believe in NO PRESERVATIVES - ever. Every sponge is FRESHLY BAKED only after you place your order.
We craft our own fruit compotes from scratch, source the finest natural ingredients, and bake with genuine passion. For me, baking isn't just about sugar and flour - it's about sharing a warm, authentic hug through every delicious slice.
